*Cats and small dogs ok (under 35 lbs., NO exceptions). $300 non-refundable pet fee and $35 per pet fees apply. Vet records will be required for approval. ESA and Service animals are not subject to pet fees and will be approved with required documents.

*Yates Properties has a zero tolerance policy in place regarding smoking: It isn't allowed in the unit or anywhere on the property.
