Yates Properties is currently owned and managed by Greg & Liz Yates. They have over 30 years of experience in real estate management and real estate development as principals in Yates Properties LC and Deer Ridge Development. 

Mr. Yates holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Richmond. He obtained his real estate brokerage license in 1987 and has served on the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors for Culpeper County, Virginia. Mr. Yates is a past member of the Commonwealth Transportation Board and was a trustee for the Shenandoah National Park.
