2025 Inspection/Pest Control Dates

Each apartment/home will be inspected/provided pest control treatments on the following Tuesdays/Wednesdays between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM:

Tuesday, January 14th – Mulberry Court, Southridge Suites, Scanlon St., Stevens St., 117 S. Main St., and Union Apartments

Wednesday, February 12th – Sunset Lane, Redbud St, Laurel St, Locust St, Lesco Blvd, and Sperryville Pike

Tuesday, April 15th – Mulberry Court, Southridge Suites, Scanlon St., Stevens St., 117 S. Main St., and Union Apartments

Wednesday, May 14th – Sunset Lane, Redbud St, Laurel St, Locust St, Lesco Blvd, and Sperryville Pike

Tuesday, July 15th – Mulberry Court, Southridge Suites, Scanlon St., Stevens St., 117 S. Main St., and Union Apartments

Wednesday, August 13th – Sunset Lane, Redbud St, Laurel St, Locust St, Lesco Blvd, and Sperryville Pike

Tuesday, October 14th – Mulberry Court, Southridge Suites, Scanlon St., Stevens St., 117 S. Main St., and Union Apartments

2025 Air Filter Change Dates

Each apartment/home will have the air filter changed by our vendor, George Groves, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM:

Tuesday, January 14th – Mulberry Court, Southridge Suites

Wednesday, January 15th – Sunset Lane, Redbud Street; Laurel Street

Thursday, January 16th – Sperryville Pike, Union Apartments, 117 S. Main St., Stevens St., Locust St., Scanlon St.

Tuesday, April 15th – Mulberry Court, Southridge Suites

Wednesday, April 16th – Sunset Lane, Redbud Street; Laurel Street

Thursday, April 17th – Sperryville Pike, Union Apartments, 117 S. Main St., Stevens St., Locust St., Scanlon St.

Tuesday, September 16th – Mulberry Court, Southridge Suites

Wednesday, September 17th – Sunset Lane, Redbud Street; Laurel Street

Thursday, September 18th – Sperryville Pike, Union Apartments, 117 S. Main St., Stevens St., Locust St., Scanlon St.

On these days, please ensure that Management has access to the entire unit. Please secure cats to a bedroom and dogs to a crate. Failure to do so may result in a return trip; residents are responsible for a $75 return visit. On the days that we change air filters, please ensure that nothing is blocking access to the intake(s). Please keep this schedule for future reference. Because these dates are scheduled and notice has been provided, we do not always send reminders before each visit.
