2026 Inspection/Pest Control Dates

Each apartment/home will be inspected and provided pest control treatments on the following Tuesdays/Wednesdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM:

Tuesday, July 14^th – Mulberry Court, Southridge Suites, Scanlon St., 100 E. Stevens St., 117 S. Main St., 102 S. Main St.

Wednesday, July 15^th – Sunset Ln, Redbud St, Laurel St, 121 W. Locust St, and Sperryville Pike

Tuesday, October 13^th  – Mulberry Ct., Southridge Suites, Scanlon St., 100 E. Stevens St., 117 S. Main St., 102 S. Main St.

Wednesday, October 14^th  – Sunset Ln, Redbud St, Laurel St, 121 W. Locust St, and Sperryville Pike

2026 Air Filter Change Dates

Each apartment/home will have the air filter changed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM:

Tuesday, September 15^th – Mulberry Court, Southridge Suites

Wednesday, September 16^th – Sunset Ln, Redbud St, Laurel St

Thursday, September 17^th – Sperryville Pike, 102 S. Main St., 117 S. Main St., 100 E. Stevens St., Locust St., Scanlon St.

On these days, please ensure that Management has access to the entire unit and all air intakes, and that pets are secure. Failure to do so may result in a return trip fee.

Occasional changes in scheduling may occur with notification from Management.
