Approximately 150 square feet of vendor space is coming available at The Marketplace Sperryville, a unique indoor dining and shopping venue located in the heart of Sperryville's River District. The Marketplace features a variety of local restaurants, vendors, artists, and food purveyors. Vendors must commit to being open from at least 11am - 5pm, Thursday - Sunday. In addition to rent, the tenant will be responsible for a monthly $75 utility charge and a monthly $25 CAM (common area maintenance) fee, for a total of $475/month. Deposit of one-month's rent due at lease signing. 12+ month lease.
