Located on the second floor of the Medical Arts building, this 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment with plenty of living space will include a refrigerator, range, and dishwasher. A laundry room is on-site. Unassigned on-site parking is included. Total monthly rent will be $1,440 ($1,350 rent + $60 gas + $30 water).

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Application fee is $40. Security deposit $1,350 with good credit and rental history. The deposit may be higher depending on various factors. Combined monthly income (gross income) for all adults applying must be no less than $4,050.00.

The unit will be freshly painted and cleaned.

*Utilities: Tenant will pay the town of Culpeper for electricity. We will charge you $60 monthly for gas and $35 for water. Trash and mail keys are included.

*Cats and small dogs ok (under 35 lbs., NO exceptions). $300 non-refundable pet fee and $35 per pet fees apply (unless your pet is an emotional support animal or service animal). Vet records will be required for approval.
