Yates Properties is currently owned in its entirety and managed by Gregory M. Yates. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate management and real estate development as a principal in Yates Properties LC, Deer Ridge Development, and Mulberry Condominium LLC.
Mr. Yates holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Richmond. He obtained his real estate brokerage license in 1987 and has served on the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors for Culpeper County, Virginia. Mr. Yates is currently a member of the Commonwealth Transportation Board, and a trustee for the Shenandoah National Park.
